30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within this time.
Condition of Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn (other than trying on)
- In original condition
- With original gift box or pouch included
Normal inspection is perfectly fine — we never refuse a return simply because a customer tried the item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will reimburse reasonable postage costs, please be reminded that this is subject to approval. Please contact us at Info@helenasjewels.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for a future purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to arrange it at no additional cost.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been dispatched, the item can be returned using our standard return policy.
